I come from South Africa. I come from social work.
I come from family, faith, uproarious laughter, fun novels, and good friends.
I also come from loss, doubt, struggle, taking risks, and hard-won growth.
I’m a seasoned life coach and social worker with over two decades of experience helping resourceful women overcome burnout and reclaim their sense of self. I help my clients prioritize their well-being without sacrificing their ambition or their impact.
Based in Israel, I bring family, faith, laughter, and the wisdom I’ve gained through life’s triumphs and trials into the coaching conversation.
