  • How often do we meet?
I usually meet my clients once a week for an hour.
  • How do we meet?
We can either meet in person in my office in Ramat Beit Shemesh or online on Zoom.
  • What are your qualifications?
I’m a university educated social worker from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. Ten years ago I certified as a life coach with the Alon Center for Coaching. I’ve done many “Journey” seminars and have those techniques in my toolbox.
  • What happens if I don’t do the homework you set? Should I postpone the next meeting?
For sure not! The homework we set together is to help you move forward. If a client does not do the assigned tasks it’s usually because something is not sitting right for them. So we”ll talk it through and figure out what felt out of sync. That will help us move forward even more in sync!
  • I’m really nervous to do coaching! What’s going to happen?
Most people walk into my office after having thought their issue through SO much and finally deciding that they want some support or help to make things better in their lives. They’ve acknowledged to themselves that part of their life is just so out of control and they can’t bear living like that anymore! Making the first phone call is a big step and takes a lot of courage. I get that! So does coming to the first session. It’s the unknown. My new client doesn’t know me and new circumstances are exactly that - NEW. We’ll take it at a good, comfortable pace. I’m here to support you! My clients leave the first session filled with a sense of relief. I believe you will too
  • What happens if I can’t make a session cos I’m sick or my child is sick?
My policy is to be reasonable. If you’ve decided you’re too tired to come to the session or you decide to go shopping or meet a friend for coffee instead of coming to the session, that session counts as a session. If you’ve woken up sick or your child is sick, we postpone the session and make it up. Any sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours, are charged for. If you can see your child or you are starting to feel sick the night before, please let me know.
