Who does this belong to?

In coaching I'm often working out with my clients who a situation actually belongs to. It's so often not actually hers. So many women feel a responsibility to those they love to carry their burdens, make something better and rescue.

But the burden is heavy. It so often cannot actually be resolved by her for someone else. And she keeps trying. She cannot imagine stepping back! That feels like she's abandoning them, which she would NEVER do. And keeps holding onto the responsibility. And it's exhausting.

So we work on this question a lot!!!

Who does this belong to? And if it's not hers, she hands it back. And the world doesn't fall apart. And she takes a huge breath of relief.

If you want to work out who a situation really belongs to, call me and let's work it out. You may be very surprised by the answers!
